Email support@remitcheap.com to report a website or comparison problem. You can also open a public report in the issue tracker.
What to include
- The origin and destination countries, amount, and selected filters.
- Whether you used the website, mobile app, or ChatGPT app and the approximate time of the problem.
- A screenshot, if you can share it without personal information.
Do not include card or account numbers, identity documents, passwords, access codes, recipient details, or other personal or financial information.
Transfer problems
RemitCheap cannot track, cancel, refund, or change a transfer. Contact the provider that processed the transaction directly.
Privacy requests
For data access or deletion, email privacy@remitcheap.com. Do not post personal information in the public issue tracker.
